By accessing or using Cyberonz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this Site. If you use Cyberonz on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

• Use the tools for lawful purposes only.
• Use cyber security utilities only on content/systems you own or have explicit permission to test.
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms.

You agree you will not:

• Use the Site to conduct unauthorized scanning, exploitation, credential theft, malware distribution, or any illegal activity.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse endpoints, or disrupt the Site’s availability (DDoS, scraping at harmful scale, etc.).
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to access non-public areas of the Site.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Cyberonz or use the Site to mislead others.

Cyberonz provides calculators and utilities intended to be helpful, but outputs may be approximate or depend on correct inputs. You are responsible for validating results for your use case.

For cyber security tools: you are solely responsible for how you use them and for ensuring you have authorization where required.

The Site, including text, design, branding, and tool implementations, is owned by Cyberonz or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may share links to Cyberonz pages. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without permission.

The Site may include links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for their policies or practices.

The Site and tools are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyberonz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Site or tools.

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
